Traveler’s Choice guarantees 100% customer satisfaction for your purchase from www.travelerchoice.com. In an unlikely event that a problem arises as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days from the original shipped date, Traveler’s Choice will replace the item or refund your payment after the item is returned to us. If the return is a result of buyer’s remorse, the return shipping will be on the customer and there will be a 10% restocking fee apply to each return. Please allow 10-15 business days for us to process your return.
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. Traveler’s Choice is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Please Contact Us with your order # and date of order and reason for replacement or return for a refund request to receive your RA # (Return Authorization Number). More instructions will be provided on the email to you.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and if the item is unused, you may return it with RA # within 30 days from the original shipped date for a refund of the purchase price minus 10% restocking fee in your original payment form.

- We will not be able to replace or refund for used items or defective items because of normal wear & tear or misuses
- Close-out or clearance items on www.travelerchoice.com are not eligible for return, replacement or refund
- Airline damage or mishandling is not covered by Traveler’s Choice. If an airline damages your luggage, please file a claim directly with the airline immediately
