Shop BundleThe Luggage Airlines Trust to Replace Yours
Our heavy duty luggages gets their real test from baggage handlers, not in a lab.
Traveler's Choice is the authorized luggage replacement partner for JetBlue, Southwest, Alaska, Frontier, Allegiant, Hawaiian, and JSX. When those airlines damage a passenger's bag, they replace it with ours.
That's not a marketing claim. It's an airline procurement decision — made by 7 separate buying teams that have processed enough damaged luggage to know what actually holds up in the hold.
Forty years of manufacturing out of Pomona, California. Built to keep coming back.

Zippers Built to Stay Shut
The MaxPorter II uses anti-burst and anti-theft zippers on every bag.
Standard zipper sliders fail under lateral pressure, the exact force created when a bag is shoved into an overhead bin or dragged across a baggage conveyor. The MaxPorter II zipper housing is reinforced to hold under that load.
Anti-burst construction means the zippers stay closed when the bag is overpacked or compressed. Anti-theft construction means they resist forced entry.
Two failure modes. One zipper system built to handle both.

Wheels That Roll Mile After Mile
Dual Cyclone spinner wheels. Recessed housings protect the spinners from the impact that cracks cheaper wheels at the mounting point.
That mounting point is where most budget spinner wheels fail. The housing absorbs the contact from conveyor belts, overhead bins, and rough tarmac before it reaches the axle.
Four-wheel configuration for clean rolling across tile, carpet, cobblestone, and airport surfaces. No drag. No wobble under a full load.
The same wheel system on every TC bag that 7 airlines chose to hand their passengers after causing damage.
