Wobbly Wheels

I’m a fan of Traveler’s Choice owning two cases. I purchased my third, the Archer carry-on, and was disappointed with it. The case material, zippers and interior were top notch. Yet, the new wheels were in even, thus creating a wobble effect when punching the case over smooth airport terminal surfaces. It’s very aggravating walking with a new top quality case and your hand is vibrating because of uneven round wheels. As requested, I’ve taken video and photos of the condition and hope to receive and exchange. I don’t want a refund because it’s a good case to own. Crossing fingers.
