Quality Assurance

Take a closer look into our stringent testing practices.

Handle Tests

Telescopic Handle Jerk Test

We extend the telescopic handle all the way out and put it through repeated forceful pulls. The tubes, locks, and mounting points have to stay solid through every hard yank of a busy travel day.

Grab Handle Jerk Test

Our grab handles are rigorously jerk-tested by applying repeated forceful pulls to ensure they can withstand the strain of everyday use. This test guarantees the handles remain secure, durable, and reliable even under heavy loads.

Impact & Structure Tests

Luggage Tumble Test

Our luggage undergoes a rigorous tumble test, where it is repeatedly rotated in a drum with obstacles to simulate the impacts of travel. This test ensures the shell, wheels, and handles withstand drops, bumps, and rough handling, maintaining durability and functionality trip after trip.

Luggage Drop Test

Our luggage is subjected to a drop test from a fixed height to simulate the impact of rough handling. This test ensures the shell, wheels, and handles remain durable and reliable after sudden drops.

Wheel Tests

Wheels Stairs and Road Performance Test

The suitcase is tested by rolling it at an angle over specially designed steps, replicating real-life scenarios. This ensures durability and performance by mimicking the impacts experienced during everyday use on stairs.

Wheels Abrasion Test

Our luggage wheels undergo an abrasion test, where they are rolled over rough surfaces with bumps to simulate real-world wear and tear. This rigorous process ensures the wheels remain durable, smooth, and reliable, even after extensive use on uneven terrain.

Wheels Mileage Test

The wheels roll continuously across a moving surface, racking up the distance of years of trips in a single run. They have to keep turning smoothly for the entire stretch.

Tested to last. Backed when life happens.

Every bag on this site went through the tests above before it earned a spot in the lineup. If something still goes wrong out on the road, the warranty picks up where the lab left off.
