Order Processing Policy

We also accept digital payments such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay and Shop Pay.

All orders are scanned by our fraud system for potential fraud. If an order is marked as fraud, an investigation case will be created with our fraud team.

The fraud team will reach out to the email that was provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up and provide all necessary documentation to clear the order from suspected fraud. If the fraud team does not receive any response within 7 days, the order will automatically be canceled and refunded by our fraud filter.

All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Traveler's Choice. Traveler's Choice reserves the right to refuse and process a transactional sale due to suspected fraud or unauthorized illegal activity.

Please note that after a package has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order, as the package will be in the hands of the courier.

If you would like to change the address of delivery after a package has been sent, there will be a $20 surcharge for the address correction and reroute. This fee is paid to the courier and is not collected by us.
