Orders

From checkout to confirmation, here’s what to expect.

Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal payment processors.

We also accept digital payments such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay and Shop Pay.

With Shop Pay we also offer a Buy Now Pay Later option, Shop Pay Installments, please visit this link for more information.

Fraud Protection

We take fraud prevention seriously and have implemented measures to protect our customers. As a part of our fraud prevention process, all orders are scanned for potential fraud. If an order is flagged as fraudulent, our fraud team will investigate the case.

In the event of suspected fraud, our team will contact you via the email provided during checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the necessary documentation to clear the order from suspicion. If there is no response within 7 days, the order will automatically be cancelled and refunded by our fraud filter.

Please note that all payment forms are subject to verification and review by Traveler's Choice. We reserve the right to refuse and process a transactional sale if there is suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

Changes or Cancelling an Order

If there are any changes you wish to make on your order, please contact our customer service department, by using the contact form below.

Please note that after a package has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order, as the package will be in the hands of the courier.

If you would like to change the address of delivery after a package has been sent, there will be a $20 surcharge for the address correction and reroute. This fee is paid to the courier and is not collected by us.

Discount Codes

Most promotional discounts are automatically applied at checkout. If you're looking for a mailing list discount, check your text messages for the code we sent. If your code isn’t working, double-check the spelling and make sure no other promotions are already applied. Discount codes cannot be stacked.

We're also proud to support those who serve. Military members, medical professionals, nurses, and first responders can receive 15% off as our way of saying thank you.

Updating Your Order or Missing a Confirmation

If you need to change your shipping address or haven’t received an order confirmation, our team can help. Use the contact form below and include your full name and the email you used at checkout so we can take care of it quickly.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a live tracking map. This lets you follow your luggage all the way to your doorstep. If you didn’t receive the email, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to provide your tracking details directly.

Using an Airline Coupon or Voucher

If you received a voucher or coupon from an airline, you can redeem it through our dedicated replacement portal. It’s a quick and simple way to request your luggage.

If Your Order Was Canceled

In most cases, orders are canceled due to a flagged fraud risk. Our system may request verification to confirm your identity. If we don’t receive a response within a set time, the order is automatically canceled for your protection.

Shipping

Here's how we get your luggage to you.

Order Processing

At our fulfillment center, we believe in treating every order with the utmost care and attention it deserves. As such, we process all orders in the sequence they were received. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days from Monday to Friday. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation to let you know that your package is on the way. Please keep in mind that tracking information may take 1-3 days to be updated by the carrier. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email with tracking information, please don't hesitate to contact us using the form below, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Domestic Shipping

We are delighted to offer free standard ground shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States. Please note that orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a shipping fee, as luggage is considered an oversized package.

Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, or other U.S. Territories.

The number of business days between shipment and delivery will vary based on the destination. You can refer to the map here for an estimated ground delivery timeline. Ground deliveries occur during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please also note that unexpected delays may occur due to holidays or inclement weather. If you have any questions regarding the status of your package, please reach out to us using the contact information below.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Expedited Shipping

At checkout, you have the option to select expedited shipping for faster delivery. If you didn't choose expedited shipping during checkout, please contact us below for a quote. Please note that all UPS/Fedex expedited services only operate on weekdays (Monday through Friday) and exclude holidays.

We regret to inform you that we are not liable for any shipping delays caused by weather, and we cannot issue refunds for shipping costs if your package delivery date is missed. If you have any questions regarding refunds for shipping delays, please contact UPS/Fedex directly for assistance. Please keep in mind that we are not associated with UPS/Fedex and have no control over the speed of package delivery after it leaves our fulfillment center.

Shipping Address Validation

At checkout, we use our system to validate the shipping address provided to ensure its validity. However, if for any reason our system is unable to validate the address, we will promptly contact you via email. In the event that we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Please note that if a PO Box address is provided, we will reach out to you for an alternative address as UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery Issues

In the event the package gets returned to us, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price minus the shipping and handling charges.

We strongly suggest you to verify your order confirmation for any errors before your order is processed and shipped. Traveler's Choice will not be held responsible if a wrong or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.

Damaged, Lost, Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience a lost or stolen package during transit. Please know that we take these situations very seriously and will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We encourage you to reach out to our customer service team below so we can assist you with filing a claim and coordinating a replacement or refund.

If it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Our Return Promise

We’ve spent years designing luggage that lasts. From the way it rolls to the way it wears, we believe every detail should feel right—before, during, and after your trip. But we also understand that sometimes the only way to know if it’s right for you is to see it, feel it, and try it at home.

That’s why we offer 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your Traveler’s Choice luggage is the right fit. During that time, feel free to pack it up, roll it across the room, and explore its features. We just ask that the item stays in brand new, unused condition and is returned with all original packaging, parts, and paperwork.

If your order came with a gift, please include it in the return. If the gift is missing or not in its original condition, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

When you’re ready to return, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. A small fee for the label will be deducted from your refund, but we don’t charge any handling or restocking fees. Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your refund. Your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit.

Orders from Other Retailers

If you purchased your Traveler’s Choice product from another retailer or website, your return or exchange will need to go through them directly. Each partner has its own return policy, and they’ll be best equipped to assist you.

We’re always happy to help with product questions or warranty support, but for refunds or exchanges, please contact the original place of purchase.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or style, you're welcome to return your unused item within 30 days of delivery and place a new order for the one that suits you best.

This allows us to process your refund quickly while making sure you get exactly what you need for your next trip.
