If you would like to return your Traveler's Choice purchase, we're here to help! You may return your unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in brand new condition as it was purchased. This includes original packaging, paperwork, parts, and accessories. We can not accept items that show signs of use, tear, marks, ear, scratches, and or alterations of any kind.
Please contact our customerservice department below by filling your information with your order number. If your order number is not included in the form, it will delay the return process.
After filling out the form a RMA number will be provided to you. Any items that are returned back to us without a RMA number will not be accepted.
Please note that there is a standard 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for any return shipping cost on the item.
Please be sure to also include any free gifts that were provided to you. Any free gifts that is not returned in its original packaging will have its retail value deducted from the total refund. After shipping out the item, please send your tracking number to our customer service department by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon receival of your return, a refund will be processed within 14 business days. It will be refunded to your original form of payment. It may take up to 10 business days or longer for your financial institution to process and post the refund. If it takes longer than 1 billing cycle, please contact your bank for further assistance.
For products not purchased through travelerchoice.com, please contact the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange.
We do not accept any exchanges You may return the unused product within 30 days and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.
